Welcome to The Women and Wellness Garden Picnic Event

We welcome you to Dr Mathir’s Women and Wellness Garden Picnic, perfectly hosted amidst the enchanting gardens of Eagle Wind Manor - reminiscent of the English countryside.

Enjoy a day dedicated to nurturing your mental, physical, emotional, sexual and financial health. In order to achieve knowledge and equip you with the tools to improve on these particular areas, we’ve selected a panel of women who are experts in their respective fields.  

Event Highlights:

Morning Pilates Class: 

Raeesah Sahib, RS Physiotherapy and Qualified pilates instructor

Let’s wind down from a busy week with a gentle, 20 minute beginners pilates class led by physiotherapist and qualified pilates instructor, Raeesah Sahib from RS Physiotherapy.

Gourmet picnic box on the lawn:

Catered by Graft Coffee, Sugarad by S and Roxi Wardman Masterchef 

Grab your coffee and picnic boxes (meat/vegetarian) , help yourself to goodies from the grazing table, and take a seat.

Women in Wellness Speaker Series:

Interactive talks and round table discussions, featuring:

• Adila Vahed (The Coach South Africa): Entrepreneur, Coach, Marketer, Owner, Author of  'My Journey to Self Love'
• Dr. Bilkis Dawood (Specialist Psychiatrist): internationally published, a medal graduate and currently in private practice at St Augustines Hospital
• Dr. Marise Subrayan (Specialist Obstetrician and Gynecologist) with further qualification in aesthetic gynaecology through the International Association of Aesthetic Gynaecology and Sexual Well-being (IAAGSW)
• Dr. Mariam B Khan (Doctor in natural medicine specializing in sexual and reproductive health, lecturer and research clinician)
• Summaiya Karrim (Professional doula, Owner of mothers intuition doula services as well as Mothers intuition and holistic healing store of specialised post-partum products)
• Adele Barnard - Senior financial planner and investment specialist at Sanlam,

Bake hacks by Roxi Wardman -  Roxi shares her tips and tricks on how to repurpose store bought items into one of a kind showstopper treats

The Make-up Edit: your daily beauty go to look 

Professional make up artist, stylist and creator Roxy Amas

A llive make up demo on a daily look to suit every skin tone and what every woman should have in her make up bag. 

Tickets: Price: R550 per person

This includes:

• Morning pilates session with qualified pilates instructor from RS physiotherapy
• Gourmet Picnic Box: Enjoy a delectable breakfast picnic with a choice of meat or vegetarian options, prepared by Sugarad by S and Roxi Wardman, including treats from Roxi's kitchen.
• Country Grazing table with a variety of goodies.
• Coffee/ Beverages provided by The Graft.
• Access to a 4 and a half hour program with industry professionals.
• Goodie bag with sample products and gifts.
• Early access to vendors on-site prior to opening to the public at 1:30 PM.

Please note: R40 of each ticket will be donated to @twinsoneyes - let’s sell out to reach our goal of donating R10 000 to them on the day!

Itinerary for the Day:

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM:

10:00 AM - 12 PM: Programme: Women and Wellness speaker series

12:00 PM-13:00 PM: Live cooking demo by Roxi Wardman and make up demo by Roxy Amas.

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM:

Venue open to the public for vendor support. Join us for lunch and continue shopping as the event opens up to the public.

Ample parking will be provided with on-site security to ensure the safety of all attendees.
